Position Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and promoting a wide array of stock broking services. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong sales mind-set and a keen interest in the capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Proactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
📈 Promote Vachana’s range of investment offerings
🎯 Achieve and exceed monthly targets for revenue and client on boarding
🤝 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service
📢 Educate clients on market trends, trading opportunities, and portfolio strategies
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Preference will be given to candidates with a valid NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔️ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
✔️ Good understanding and Knowledge of capital markets and investor needs
✔️ Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused
✔️Two wheeler mandatory
