Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts across departments. This is a high-ownership, people-centric role ideal for someone with strong headhunting experience, especially in the stock broking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
📝 Prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads
🔍 Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media & internal databases
🎯 Headhunt and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, networking & cold calling
📞 Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
📅 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
📂 Ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates
📊 Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate pipeline data
📈 Stay updated on hiring trends, market competition, and sourcing strategies
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in stock broking
✔️ Strong experience in headhunting & passive talent engagement
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔️ Proficiency in tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
✔️ Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
